விடியற்காலை அழகினை ரசிக்க வேண்டிய நாம்
இன்று ரசிப்பு தன்மை இழந்து வசிக்கிரோம்
சுவையான உணவு சமித்து புசித்த நாம்
இன்று உணவஹங்களின் சமையலறையை நம்பி வாழ்கிறோம்
மக்கட்செல்வம் கண்டு பூரித்து வாழ்ந்த நாம்
இன்று அந்த இன்பத்தை சிறார் பராமரிப்பு நிலையங்களுக்கு தத்து கொடுத்து விட்டோம்
விட்டுக்கொடுத்து சுகம் காண வேண்டிய நாம்
இன்று தன்னலம் கருதி சண்டைகளை நம் வசப்படுதுகிறோம்
ஆன்மீகத்தில் திளைத்து முதிர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டிய நாம்
இன்று இயன்டிரன்களாய் சுழன்று கடவுளை நினைக்கவே மறக்கின்றோம்
இத்தனை மாற்றங்களும் எதனால் ?
இன்றைய கணினி உலஹத்துள் கடத்தப்பட்டதால் !
இதனால் நாம் தொலைத்தது பல , பெற்றது ஒன்றே ஒன்று தான் - பணம் !!
நம்மையே துலைத்து விட்டு பணத்திற்கு அடிமையாய் சிறை பட்டு கிடக்கும் நாம்
சுதந்திரம் எண்ணி சிந்தனை சிறகுகளை விரிப்போம் !
புதியதோர் வழ்வமைப்போம்  !!!

சந்தோஷத்தின்  உச்சகட்டம் ..
அவள் கண்களில் ஆனந்த கண்ணீர் வழிந்தன ..
அவள் உர்ச்சஹத்தை சொல்ல வார்த்தைகள் தடுமாறின ..
ஓர்  சாதனை படைத்த ஜொலிப்பு அவள் அஹத்தில் ..
அவள் கனவு நினைவான பூரிப்பு ..
அவள் முகம் முழுவதும் தழுவிய புன்னகை ..

இவ்வளவு உணர்சிகளும் எதற்காக ??
அவளது மகள் தன் முதல் சம்பளத்தில் அன்பளிப்பாக வாங்கி கொடுத்த
புடவையை பார்த்து !!

மகிழ்ச்சியில் தத்தளித்த தன் தாயை கண்ட நேரத்தில் ..
சுள் என்று வலித்தது ...........
குருதியை சுவைத்த கொசுவால் !
இழந்த தன் அன்பு தாயின் புகைப்படத்துடன்
கண்ணீர் ததும்ப தூக்கம் கலைந்தாள்..
அந்த மகளின் ஆசைகள் கனவுகளில் மட்டுமே நிணைவயின  !!!

முட்களோடு இருக்கும் அழகிய ரோஜாவை ரசிக்க தெரிந்த மனமே ...

என் துயரங்களோடு சேர்ந்த சந்தோஷமான வாழ்கையை ரசிக்க முடியவில்லை ??!! 

Live our values!!!

In spite of the increasing growth of literacy rate, the astonishing factor is that the rate of, crime, betrayal, dishonesty, corruption, terrorism, happening has been climbing in a faster pace than the literacy rate. Is it not a matter of worry and pain that needs to be focused? The buried truth and the sole reason for this state is nothing else but the depreciating influence of VALUEs in mankind. Here is a small real incident which shows the epitome of Living our Life with Values.

An enthusiastic and intellectual boy hailing from a very poor family is struggling to continue his higher studies in spite of bagging the title of “District First”. The reason is lack of money and the whole family struggles even for its everyday bread. To his rescue he was identified by a charitable trust to sponsor for his further education. He was overwhelmed by the opportunity he got and started to pursue his engineering in a reputed institution. Though his family continued to struggle, they were happy to see their son emerging as twilight amidst their dark difficult life. It is at this point of time he was made to take up the test for his values.

Though it wasn’t a timely help, the school where he studied and some political advertisements demanded that the poor guy should be rewarded. So an occasion was created and they rewarded him with Rs 5 Lakhs. This amount to the family would have been like a Life saver for them – an unimaginable monetary value that would have satisfied the whole family for a life time. But do you think the boy was happy after receiving this cash prize?  Not at all….. He lived his value of HONESTY. He informed the charitable trust regarding the prize that he was offered and was ready to offer it to the trust. He wanted the trust to make use of it for any good purpose. He was with all smiles only after the trust accepting the cash prize offered to him. The real meaning of having values in life is portrayed here. He could have not revealed the prize which he got as he deserved it for sure. Still he was honest enough to reveal it and there by he became the most valuable donor to the trust than anybody else. This shows that practicing values in life when we are not observed by anyone is the true way of Life!  

So let’s all have good personal Values of Life and strive to live unto them to create a peaceful world. Every one of us shall live our values and take our first step towards creating a world free from ego, terrorism, hatred, crime, betrayal and corruption.
